This discussion board allows you to post questions about the Excel Connector and read how other customers worked through similar challenges importing data.
What is the Excel Connector? It’s a very popular tool which allows you to import records from Excel into Salesforce. You can also perform queries and mass updates across standard and custom objects. The Excel Connector is an open source tool available for both, Professional and Enterprise Edition customers.
Please read the short and sweet Excel Connector FAQ to see if your question has already been answered.
Though it's not officially supported, several Salesforce gurus, including Benji Jasik and Ron Hess (the original author of the connector), frequent the Successforce boards, making it a great place to post questions.
