Has anyone dealt with doing an Act! notes import using Act!Pak and getting email attachments to transfer?
Act saves the the path to the email file (.ima) but not the email itself in a field called Attachment. My best guess for how to handle this is to import the attachment path into a field that then turns it into a link. The person accessing the link must then have network access to the respective email file. However, I don't know if its possible to create a new field to accompany an note record.
Any other ideas?
Thanks.
