IS THERE A WAY TO CREATE A LIST OF 'CALL BACKS' OTHER THAN ON THE TASK LIST? aLSO IS THERE A WAY TO CREATE A LIST OF PROSPECTS THAT I WANT TO GO SEE IN PERSON, ON A CERTAIN DAY? I AM LOOKING FOR A WAY TO GROUP THEM BY DAY AND NOT JUST TO APPEAR ON MY TASK LIST.

On the reports tab click on the Activity Reports folder and then choose Tasks and Appointments report.
Customize the report so that it summarizes by Date, then in the select criteria field change the interval to date and put in the date in question. Also change the second show column to Open activities to just show the activities that are still open. Choose the fields that you would need you want as needed.

I would also recommend customizing the subject "combo box" selections on Tasks.
If you are looking to track, report or sort by specific task subjects, you really need to standardize and get away from using this as a text field. The improvement in data quality will pay huge dividends in your reporting.
